A close friend of mine is 13 and he's an expert in PCs, a member of the MW Community Patch team and is the owner of this website, so age is clearly not an excuse.

This is what I could find

Out of level: The camera must be on far,then look back and attempt to turn right and if it's done correctly the car will bounce.

Boss skipping: First complete the races with the boss after that on the screen where show you beat the boss on the button ,,Continue'' with the mouse click on the top right corner

If I find more tutorials I will post it here

Not sure if this was mentioned somewhere else, but since it's not in the full list, I'll point it out then.

If you activate speedbreaker at some point before crashing into a roadblock, the cutscene still plays. After the cutscene ends, you will remain in speedbreaker mode, albeit without the slowdown effect. The vehicle will be prone to extreme oversteer too, it seems that the change of handling is retained without time being slowed down. You can't deactivate the speedbreaker when this bug occurs, only after things go back to normal after around half of the speedbreaker bar is consumed.

I assume that the timing to replicate this bug is to activate speedbreaker just right before the cutscene plays. Of course it would be hard to replicate it on purpose, but then it's pretty common if you are under a long pursuit and have to get through a hell lot of roadblocks...

I have another discovery today, but again, not sure if this was pointed out somewhere else. Here goes:

I was under pursuit by a single Civic Cruiser, which I was able to distance it quite a lot. However, I crashed into a few traffic cars, and it was reported on the police scanner: "Suspect crashed into some traffic," meaning to say that the cop (or the game) is aware of that situation. It wasn't, however, registered as an infraction, not until when that cop was able to catch up (Because I accidentally crashed my car into a fork) and witness me crashing into more traffic cars (while I reverse), that the infraction - Hit and Run - was officially registered.

Apparently the flags used for police scanner calls and infractions are different, that such mistakes can occur. Although it's a minor bug, I still hope that it can be fixed for good. Hope this information helped.

- The speed of Earl at race 2 can be bugged and Earl have a HUGE acceleration and top speed (ref: KuruHS speedrun videos).




- Sometimes the big trucks can destroys a barrier of toll (easily to see at Rockport Downtown).




- At Heat Level 5, if you destroy the Cross Car, the car can respawns at the same pursuit.




- The helico can be a part of police dam (in the North of Rosewood/Golf/Bridge).





- (dev. mistake) Rearview [ON] no available for all cameras (close => no, far => no, bumper => yes, hood => yes) (see by yourself).





- Sometimes, begin the Rosewood Police Station Bounty spot/mission, the police car at Heat Level 1 can goes away and ignores you.




- Bad render-distance for the rearview mirror (see by yourself).





- Map in-game isnt like the minimap (i work on it).




- (bad level-designer) Mistakes and bad level design in part of the map (flying trees, bridges for decoration, ...)



- The cops are bugged if you are on the top of the Bus Depot or in a parking, during a pursuit. The gauge balance between Busted and Evade (ref: KuruHS speedrun videos).


- Shadow below your car is glitched with sidewalk.


- Glitched Spot (zoom out for see the full picture).

Thanks a lot for your complete report, Rigo!

1-Do you have a video of KuruHS in Earl's second race? That should clear any doubts. If even he has problems with Earl, then we should tone down the difficulty a bit. (If anybody disagrees, please tell me, and why.)

2-In my MW, the semi trucks can't even destroy tollbooths, which should happen.

3-In my MW, that doesn't happen, but I'll definitely need more feedback from other users to confirm the bug.

4-Heli in roadblocks? That should be fixed for the Patch.

5-Fixed with ExOpts, which will be part of the Patch.

6-Please try to "make the bug happen", so when you send the report, we can be able to narrow down the issue.

7-Game engine bug. We'll need experienced Coders to fix that.

8-About the map, I didn't notice it, but that's surely a bug. Since you're working on it, could you please show us example photos of what you've made so far?

9-About the misplaced elements, One of our teammates is working in a tool for fixing such problems. I can't disclose any more info.

10-Yes, I've received complaints about that, but we don't have a way to make the AI smart enough to chase you when you're in Rosewood Bus Station.

11-No idea on how to solve that bug. Perhaps one of our teammates can tell you how.

12-Read point 9.

1. A rare bug, but not just the heli can spawn in roadblocks. For some reason, traffic cars can be a part of roadblocks.

Bugs that caused/can be caused by this bug:

If the roadblock has a spike, it won't disappear(usually it disappears)

New roadblocks won't spawn(if the original won't despawn, you won't get new roadblocks, unless you go to free roam again)

Fun fact: the spike remained there forever, even after escape


2. After a cutscene(like pursuit breaker cutscene), you have noclip for a little time(like when you reset). There's a bug when you get infinite noclip(still vulnerable to spikes).

3. Some shadow bugs
 1. See the right side of the video


 2. See the gas station

Note: don't get fooled by the smaller HUD, it's a little hack and it's still on pc


4. Rain only falls near car(I don't know if it's a bug)
I made the rain particles bigger(maybe too big) so it's visible

Yes, that cloud is the rain


5. Rearview mirror doesn't have Visual treatment, has much smaller draw distance and worse resolution and particles don't appear(like police lights), and texture is a bit off(you can see the some of picture of the picture outside of the frame
 


6. Spike strips kills not just tires but engine too. Fixed in Carbon(drive over spikes in MW and Carbon to see)
